Once again, it's time to gather your scheduling requests. Attached at the bottom of this page is the Spring 2010 Availability Form for all Liturgical Ministers:  Acolytes, Lectors & Chalicists, Greeters, and Ushers.  This is in Word format and can be filled out in a paperless fashion; please cross off the dates you are not available from March 1, 2009 - May 30, 2010. 

Then email this form to your Ministry Scheduler(s) - Frank D'Allegro for Acolytes and Chalicists; Henry Magno for Greeters; Mike Taormina for Ushers; Barbara Snyder (at the parish office) for Lectors - by Friday, February 5, 2010.  Thank you.  (For your convenience, the choirs singing at any particular service are listed in parens; "SPS" is "St. Peter's Singers"; "M&W" is the Choir of Men & Women; "M&B" is the Choir of Men & Boys.  MP stands for Morning Prayer.)
