The Diocese of Newark and St. Peter's present "Lecture and Lunch with John Shelby Spong" on Saturday, March 13th, here in the parish hall.  Bishop Spong will present two lectures with opportunities for Q&A.  The focus will be his new book, Eternal Life:  A New Vision.   There is no charge for the lecture, but registration is required; to register please contact Kitty Kawecki at kkawecki@dioceseofnewark.org or 973-430-9902.  Registration on-site begins at 9:30 and the first lecture is at 10 a.m.; lunch will be provided, with a free-will offering to offset the cost.  The day will wrap up after the second lecture ends, at around 3 p.m.  See the event flyer here - or see Bishop Spong's website for more.
